Cancellation Policy

 If you must cancel an existing appointment, we ask that you kindly provide at least a 24 hour window of notice. Any cancellation that takes place less than 24 hours before an appointment may result in a monetary fee. Please note that all treatments that require a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of scheduling must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Phone calls are the preferred method of cancellation.
